Tom O’Brien

Always a man of vision, Tom has a track record of identifying opportunity and capitalizing on it for the investor or homeowner. With more than 38 years in the industry Tom is excited to play an active part in the transformation and growth of downtown St. Pete!

Bill Helmus

Bill brings more than 15 years of building experience to the team. Prior to creating beautiful homes and living spaces in St Petersburg, Bill was an accountant; so delivering projects on time and at budget are his specialty!

Angela Loy

Angela has a true knack for project management and oversees our projects from start to finish. She works closely with Tom, Bill and our trusted subs to make sure our projects move as smoothly as possible. Additionally, she is available to homeowners before and after the sale to assist them with any questions that may pop up.
